Here's a question I've never had to answer before. My wife and I are considering picking up an NC, the one for sale on this board. We fly for work...a lot...and would use it as an airport runner. Is the trunk big enough to swallow two carry on size suitcases? We hate checking bags so we stuff everything into carry ons, but they're as big as what fits in the overhead.

Yes, the NC trunk will accommodate two carry-on sized pieces of luggage. It would help if one of them were soft-sided, but it's doable. When I owned my NC I managed to cram a decent amount of stuff into the trunk; a couple carry-on bags should be okay.
