Need a little help - anyone near Arden, NC?

Might there be one of you kind folks that is available over the next week or so to go look at the car and let me know if it's generally in as good condition as claimed? Also, if there's anyone here who has had experiences with this dealer, good or bad, would love to know. I know there are a few of us in the area. I think EbonyandIvory and someone else. I wont be able to because of work. But I dont know anyone with experience with Sunshine since there are a couple of larger dealers in the area. The reviews seem to be neutral online.
