If silver has similar miles, maintenance records and price tag it looks very well bought. Looks like it has every option. My kid would not be getting that- I'd rather drive it.
Thanks guys! The car seems to be in much better shape than the other two; it is still a 15 year old car though, so I am sure I will find something.

Lower miles @ 113k, mostly maintained by BMW of Bellevue except a few of the last services done by Group 2 Motorsports (looks like a very nice shop), price was lower as well. Every option is correct.
The owner is a real estate agent and used it as a work car, so he tried to keep it presentable and it showed on all the pictures he sent me.

I think the black one is a better bet if it doesn't smell like dog inside. At least they listed all the parts that have been replaced so far.
Having owned a mid 00's BMW product in the past I can say that's probably just the start of your maintenance and repair task list though.
