Need buick help

Car in question is 1997 buick lesabre. Couple days ago car died and noticed fuel pump wasnt turning on. Checked fuses/relays, replaced fuel pump today and still no juice to pump. Does anyone have any experience with this, really trying to avoid throwing parts at it
