Need eyes on a car in British Columbia.

There's a couple of Tatras off the coast of B.C I need someone to go look at. Here's the details:

The article said: The Tatras arrived in 1950 into a new era of paranoia and suspicion. Tatras and Skodas alike were vandalized in the streets, threatening notes left under their windscreen wipers. In Victoria they were to be sold by Shorters Electric, a refrigerator company, and in Vancouver by Campbell Motors on Kingsway. There were few takers; eventually, they were marked for a watery grave.

The article said: How many are out there beneath the waves? Nobody seems to know: could be six, could be fifty. Moreover, knowing they were about to be thrown away, how many of these machines might have been squirreled away and forgotten? How many were tucked away in garages by owners terrified of the reception their teardrop-shaped machines were getting?

Scuba gear and salvage experience may be required. I have no cash, but would gladly offer up any car in my garage, any gun in my safe, or any combination thereof.
