I need a radiator hose tee that has two 1.25" entries and one 3/8" (maybe the OD of the hose is 1/2" so I am assuming 3/8" would be the I.D.). Anyone know where to get this part? I haven't had any luck.

used to have a book mark for "pro" something that had them cheap out of Alum hex but lost it... you'll need to pick up a hose barb to thread in the fitting.
It is going in the Sciricco but I don't know if one is stock or not. The current piece is a bit of PVC pipe and some kind of fitting for the hose. But there is no good way to restrain the hose and at an autocross the damn hose came lose so I would like a real part.
Not sure if its an 8V or 16V, but if its like the 16V GTI its a factory piece. You can also get a 1 piece from Samco.
Many years ago when I had a GTI, I would buy my parts from these guys:
www.parts4vws.com
Check with them or maybe techtonics tuning
This one maybe:

Or this

Go through these and see if any of them looks like what you are looking for, there are more on the other pages

Slippery wrote: Oh, 8V ... Might be the the same. Where is the hose going to/coming from?
It is in the upper radiator hose and the small hose is going to the overflow tank.
I am not home at the moment, but if you can wait until the weekend I can check the VW etka catalog. It should show what you need there.
In reply to Slippery:
Yeah. I just need to get it fixed before the next autocross I can make in August.
Glowshift has aluminium water temp sensor adapters for the radiator hose that have a 1/8" NPT thread hole in it. You could get the right type of hose barb to adapt, but I don't know if that would be enough flow to/from the overflow.
Alternately, I used a black iron pipe tee and some reducer/adapter thingees to do something similar. Cut the hose, feed the top part of the tee into each side, clamp it on, and then screw in the appropriate plumbing adapters to get down to the size you need. Doesn't look as nice, but it's cheap, readily available, and pretty durable.
