Long story short, the idler/tension pulleys on my Kraftwerks supercharger kit aren't properly in line with the provided crank pulley. I've exhausted 99% of the options available to me to get them to fix the situation, and at this point I know that I just have to make what I have work.

So I have two options. I can space the crank pulley out towards the radiator, or I can shim the idler/tension pulleys towards the engine. The thickness required is 1.5-1.75 mm. Having someone cut or machine a crank shim sounds expensive and a little more risky than shimming the pulleys. I haven't ruled that option out yet, but finding shims for m10 hardware seems like the easy button.

Three pulleys need shims, and anything over the 2mm thickness puts me too close to the oil filter housing and cooler sandwich plate. Even 2mm is too close for comfort so I am aiming for the target of 1.5-1.75mm. So far I can't find any washers that have a proper OD large enough to spread the load, and a thickness between 1.25-2mm.

Currently I have 10.5mm ID, 35mm OD, and 1.25mm thick fender washers from BelMetric. They have the belt ALMOST all the way engaged with the crank pulley. The belt is hanging over just a hair, and short term this doesn't bother me. Long term I would like to make it 100 percent engaged. I don't have a way to machine any shims, drilling other sized washers have been a nightmare in the past, so I'm hoping someone here may be able to help point me in the right direction.

None on the site that I can find within the specs I need unfortunately. All of the options are either too thick or not large enough in OD to carry the load, sometimes both.

Try looking at brake caliper shims.  I used to have an assortment from Wilwood for centering calipers.

I think you just put me in the right direction. Found one at 1.5mm thickness with the proper OD. I'm up for any other sources though so if needed I can use a variety to get the proper alignment.

Another good option I didn't think about.

Check McMaster, but look for bearing spacers.

None with a decent OD unfortunately.

Good news is I found 1.5 and 2mm ones through Misumi. They won't be shipped for a week, but hopefully these will give me that little extra required.
