Let's make sure the blower is blowing while in Neutral/Park. If not, blower motor (or circuit/fuse) is the culprit. I had to replace mine in my Bronco with a used on for like $20.00 and it solved it. Take the motor out and put 12v to it and see if it spins. EDIT: Hmmmm, but if the needle doesn't show it getting warm...
The blower works the same if I am parked or moving no real difference. Not sure if its strong enough to blow out a candle but moves a good little bit of air
now for a update, I drove to work this morning its about a 30 min ride. When I got there I opened the hood and was able to grab the radiator hose with my bare hand. I had heat on the way but not much. I did notice there was little to no coolant in the line with the truck still running. I also stuck my finger in the radiator and wouldnt you know its cold. How in the world has this thing not blown up????
