He wasn't even there in 2003, but still has better records than the GRM staff. Lol!
He is amazing.
I like to think he is writing this from memory...in alphabetical order!

Cool. I am picking up a cheap cheap 6.0L on Friday. We may need to employ the GRM Express to get yours. Work this time of year keeps me between Harrisburg and Maine.

Just checked my back issues, and I've got the issues for $2007 and $2012 coverage. I've got a big deadline I'm working on for Tuesday, but I can post the list after that.
Hey GRM staff, I know you guys like to post choice back articles to the website. A full retrospective of all the challenges would be a pretty rockin' resource..

MG Midget
Chevy Monza
Chevy Sprint
Datsun 240Z (2)
Dodge Omni GLH
Ford Mustang (2)
Honda Civic (2)
Mazda RX-7 (3)

I transferred the '07 list to a notebook and just need to type it up. I'll have plenty of time to do it, and the '12 list, Sunday night on a red eye flight.

How about an early 2000's Buick Regal with the 3.8 supercharged motor? Has to be some suspension bits around for one of those things. You could tweak the motor too..

The Regal GS? There are suspension parts for them out there. And the 3800 makes plenty enough snot in stock form. The problem is the transmission is a little bit of a glass jaw.
I've been looking for a list like this. Would be interesting to see what's been popular (Mustang/Miata/etc) and what's never been seen...
WOOT, no Pulsar NX yet....
2005 had a Mercedes 6.9L.
How very Aristocratic!
Andy, you fogot couple os rides, 2003 was a caddy deville with a cb 500
K2004 was a 82 delto 88 rwd model.

When the results were posted, it included the cars originally registered. I don't know what year GRM updated the results with the actual cars that showed up. IIRC you registered a 73 Nova and brought an olds in 2004. 2004 list was corrected.
Has anyone ever entered a G-body?

I saw Regal mentioned in one year. I'll bet it was a G body version

Who were the winners each year?
hmmm, looks like my saab 9-3 might be a new one!
Trabant, Lada, Moskvics, Skoda... Oddly enough, there was a Wartburg :)
Wanted to bring this request up again....I have a copy of the results from each year except 2012. IF anyone has a copy, please let me know.

Kia Sportage?
That might actually work ok on a first gen, RWD, double wishbone up front, I forget how the rear axle is located but it's on coil springs. Has that Mazda F motor everybody raves about eating boost.
