Now you see this is interesting. Not only has there never been an Impulse in the challenge but there has never been any Isuzu car. The closest thing is a Geo Storm the sister car to the Impulse. So if I get my RS in shape I would be the first for the make and the model. I've been warned though not to push it too hard on asphalt with the AWD so I'll have to consider the risks.

How about WHO has brought the most untried chassis?

I am up to 3 this year. Brought a Subaru SVX, a Cadillac SLS, and am bringing an RX8 this year.

Kia Rio in there but no Hyundais.... off to CL for a second Gen Accent 1.5L. Gotta be one of those around for $400 or so... turbo and suspension done.

Is that what you originally registered? I think that year was the one that the original entrant info carried all the way thru the result spread sheet. I have corrected some info that was confirmable.

Man I'll admit I might be a bit fuzzy on that one. I cant tell you for sure what I registered but as I recall: 02 registered and brought the civic 03 Planned 280Z, brought 240Z 04 Planned and brought 240Z 05 Planned Starlet, brought 240Z 06 Planned RX2, brought MR2 07 Planned 280ZX, brought 300ZX 08 Planned and brought 300ZX 09 Planned MR2, brought 300ZX 10 Planned and brought MR2 (Mach 1.5) 11 Planned and brought MR2 (Mach 1.5) 12 Planned and brought the MR2 (Mach 1.5) 13 Planned to bring the 300zx back, Brought the Miata (Turdo-speed)

Now that I write that out, I realize about 1 of 3 builds wound up abandoned and sold off or junked.

Looks like an RX2 was registered under your name for 2004. I just have the spread sheets that were posted. I didn't make them.

Guess I'm off one year, thought the RX2 was gonna be the 06 car.

I actually cut the hair off in 04, after the challenge, early December, just after my 30th birthday. Further evidence of my terrible memory I remembers there was another failed 240Z build which donated doors to one of your builds and another failed 280Z build.
