I was at the GMC / Buick Dealer today getting some parts for my truck and I saw this on the lot. Brand new off the truck this morning with a sticker at 41K. I asked the sales manager about it (I know him well) and he said they just got it in. First one to there dealership and he really knew very little about it other than it was going on the showroom floor as soon as they wiped it down.
I really like it!!!
Oh and this thing is BIG!!! As in the size of a real station wagon not a "wagonized" hatch back that so many other manufacturers are offering.
Anyway just wanted to share.
Oh and it is STATION WAGON not shooting brake.
I was very interested in these, and went over the one they had at the local car show thoroughly. Really liked it, and was considering it as a new daily driver/trip/camping car.
What killed it for me was that the base model did not have heated seats, and they were not a standalone option. Even the midline model didn’t. You have to step up to the “Essence” to get them, and that’s $6,000 over the base model. Reminds me of how GM’s smaller cars (Sonic, Spark, Cruze) don’t have cruise control at the LS trim level, you need to step up to a higher trim to get it, even though they probably have everything needed, except for the switches.

I think this and the Buick Regal Sportback make a lot of sense. I think it looks sharp. I'd rather they ditched the cladding and but otherwise, I hope they do well. Apparently they've used tire size to "lift" it and it has literally the same ride height as some cars. I wonder if the suspension from the hotter Regal variants would work?
I like it, except those wheels.
Anyone driven one? I love wagons.
Seats are a major factor these days ....especially lower lumbar settings for me and the missus....do like the looks though.
Hope the EcoTec is up to the task...........
Really interested in this one. Early reviews say the interior appointments are luxurious enough but they are probably sufficient for me. There may be one of these in my future.
This could be a future used car for me.
Base car is $29k with 250hp and AWD. That's not bad. Does anyone know if you can lay down in back with the back seats down? I have to admit, the hatch in the Regal Sportback looks pretty legit. Reminds me of the Volt hatch which is much more useful than a trunk.

I can’t remember the exact length, but when I measured it with the back seats down, there was over 6’ of length from the tailgate to the back of the front seat.
mazd-seth where is your OLOA 2018 thread????....sorry for the scud y'all i'm in yfy hell lately and i've forgotten my manners..BWaHahahhahaha!!!!!!!!!
My daughter and I stumbled across this car at NAIAS, we both liked it. Then stepped back and realized it was a wagon and liked it even more.
Well thats just hot. If I ever find myself looking for a luxo-wagon Im gonna put these at the top of the list.

The C&D review for the Sportback literally lists "Highs: Cargo area sleeps two..." The Sportback has seat up/down cargo space which compares mid-pack with compact crossovers while the TourX rivals all but the CRV seat down.
I want to like this, but I don't.
It does look like it would be an awesome road trip car.

I've been bugging the sales manager at work about when we are getting some Regal wagons in and he pretty much said "Only if a customer orders one." After the Buick Cascada and the CTS-V wagon both sat around for a year or two before giving them away, he is apparently leery of ordering anything interesting
Add some fake wood paneling down the side and I’m sold.
That TourX is the best-looking Buick in a long time. It looks sleeker in person than in the photos.
I like the look of the front. To me it takes the good points of an Audi and a Kia and melded them together. I like the look very much.

These are my people.
My dream of an Accord crosstour has not died, it just turned into a Buick.
I like how they look, even if we have to get the cladding in the US. I'm thinking one of these might be in the running for my next daily driver. Let's see how much they depreciate in a year or so.
Can’t get the 310hp v6 in the wagon
