Where do you live? If you're near or in Texas, I can get you a pretty good hook-up at my dealership.
^We've talked through email.
I'm about a 7 hour drive each way.......it would have to be a pretty smoking deal for that drive!
I have the same question. Pricing Mustangs right now, and what I can afford as far as features on the car depends on what kind of discount I can get.

Yeah, depending on the discount I'll consider adding the Recaro's. Although I need to go sit in them to see how comfy they are.
Other than that though, just a base GT with the Track pack is all I want.

Brownwood? Do you guys even have anything but pickups in stock?
I kid I kid, I love the new Mustang GT, but I refuse to set foot in GP Ford or really any of the other dealers here in the metroplex.
Can't hurt to ask the dealer what the Xplan price is. If they know you can get one, they will give you the price.
But that's all one can say.....

Which town/dealership?

I sat in a gt500 with the recaros a few months back. They were so nice (and comfy) that I'd trade my leather premium seats for them in a heartbeat if they came in red. In fact, I'm still considering the expense of buying them and immediately having them recovered.
My wife can get plan pricing because her employer is a Ford/Mazda supplier. 8 years ago when we were shopping, it was a decent deal, but not as good as we could get by haggling. That was on 2004 Mazda 3s and 6s, though, so YMMV on a 2013 Moostang.
Being a former Ford employee I can tell you that X-Plan isn't that big a deal. It's about $100 under invoice IIRC. You can probably get a better deal negotiating. A or D plans are the good ones. That's invoice minus holdback. Only available to employees of Ford and immediate family and they do check.
^Also go to Ford.com and request a Mustang brochure, I just did.
Conquest's sales girl said A/Z price plan isn't that good, better to haggle + rebates.............they are giving me a quote on
2013 GT base with Track back..........with and without Recaros'
to bravenrace: Experimental Aircraft Assoc. I was there last weekend and it is a good deal. Works on every car but the top Mustang----

Haven't gotten a number from Conquest's dealer yet, but I can DO NOT WASTE your money on a MCA membership for the Xplan PIN.
I did today, only to discover that the dealer in Tulsa beat the Xplan price by $200.......without mentioning it. And I'm sure I can get it lower with a bit of negotiation.
They basically knocked $2k off MSRP + the current $1000 in rebates.
