We bought my wife a new 2023 Hyundai Kona in March. The heater, well, doesn't. With the car fully warmed up it will only blow lukewarm air from the heater. Thinking there might be air trapped in the system I have tried lots of revs then burping it. No change. Any suggestions?

Friend of mine with an electric Kona had a similar issue. It was the entire blend door apparatus not doing blend door things. Strangely enough, a lot of recent cars have had blend door issues from all sorts of makes, our own 2023 Mazda CX-50 included. So weird!

Yes, TAKE IT TO THE DEALER. It's a new car, you have new car warranty. Let them fix it.
It's less than a year old, that's a problem for your local dealership to sort out.
Third: dealer time. Enjoy the waiting room. Eat their snacks.
Yeah let the dealer fix it and take advantage of that warranty.
I hate blend door issues, my mom's 04 Civic is stuck in cold and would occasionally work and/or needed some helpful pushing from under the dash (I think its permanently stuck in cold now), and luckily in Florida now is probably the only time heat is used, but it was annoying bleeding out the coolant last week.
Dealer said something about, I think it was, the blend door, and operating intermittently. Currently driving a loaner 2023 Elantra SE while they order the part.
I have a 23 Kona N. The heat is so hot it will melt your face. Even in single digit temps (in Michigan) I have to keep turning it down after the car is warmed up.
Bumping an old thread...have the same issue with hybrid Tucson. Heat will be turned all the way up and it'll start to blow lukewarm air. My initial though is because it's hybrid, maybe it doesn't heat when the ICE is shut off?
