I seem to recall seeing ads on HNIC where Hyundai Canada was making heated seats and mirrors a standard feature on all Hyundais sold there, regardless of trim level.

Is models are lx, ex and sx. Auto cars all had power windows throughout the trim levels. Cruise was optional in LX hatches for autos, not available in manual. Manual cars are LX so manual windows, no Bluetooth, no cruise, no remote/alarm. Those are all requirements for me on a DD. Accents were gs, gls and se. manuals were available in gs and se. se is like the sx in a Rio with all the goodies. Gs nothing.
so I need factory Bluetooth audio, power windows/doors/mirrors, cruise and manual. All of those don't come in a manual LX hatch.
Check the Canadian spec cars in this link below (look at the trim comparison option). They had all of your desired features on everything from the second from the bottom LX + manual hatch on up to the EX, SX. There are plenty of those up here.

I see 2016 LX + cars with 40-50k miles, roughly in your price range. If you are a fanatic for these cars, it may be worth the hassle to consider. As a point of comparison, a year and a half ago I picked up my mother in law's 2013 Accent GLS auto (top trim here) with 75k miles for $4k US. I'm sure you could do better on an undesirable to others manual, in a lower trim level.
They also had an SE accent in some years here and it was a lower trim level, instead of being the top trim as it is down there.
I don't want to deal with customs, fees, title issues and no warranties. Things like seatbelts that are warranties for ever are not covered for out of country cars.
I quite like the SX trim and look/style and I really like the option package it has. I'll stick with a rare us car.
That's totally fair, the hassle really wouldn't be worth it. The odd time there are expensive trucks with $10k+ price differentials on either side of the boarder. Dodge Caravans at times too. Other than that, I can't see doing it.
Shall I post every time I drive by the manual SX hatch 3 miles from my house? :p
2013 Hyundai Accent GS Hatchback
As close as I've found one. Manual, power Windows, probably Bluetooth.
82k $7k
