Someone needs to invite them to a rallycross with the muscle truck.

Did anyone notice the wonky subtitles at the bottom? It looked like some bad Chinese translated assembly instructions. At one point I read "Live Birth." No joke.

Ya I don't know if that was a word recognition program or not but that was really bad. Wrong most of the time.
I just love their blank check approach to low-buck Hot-Rodding.
As a counterpoint, I would like to see an episode where they set off on an epic junker journey with only a few hundred bucks and not so much as a wrench to remove the hood.

Didn't they sort of do that when they flew to Arizona, New Mexico or some such then bought a big white car for $500 and drove it back to L.A. while it was on Ebay?
I love the videos, but I don't even try to pretend that they do that stuff for an amount that I'd call Grassroots cheap.

I just watched that one it was one of the first ones with The catalina. It was good
The premise is as often as not grassroots, but when the merde hits the fan, there is no limit to what these two wont buy to save the day.
How about leave New York, get back home to Cali with $500 to spend? Meal mooching and repair from fans fully allowed. Parts and tools and gas from the budget.
They readily admit they throw gratuitous amounts of money at junk. That their approach isn't grassroots is not a revelation.

Yeah! I posted that on their FB page when they announced the new episode. We have a few more events this year, maybe they'll make it out..

Yeah, every time I have to explain a banger rally to someone I make them watch that episode and say now do it with 20-40 of your closest friends you haven't met yet.
I've actually talked with them about bringing Roadkill on Saints 2 Sinners. Noting is firm but it hasn't been ruled out yet, trying to fit it in their production schedule last time we spoke.
Another REALLY entertaining fun video !
I watched a bunch of other of their vids while I was there. Can't believe that they got away with driving that lowered rat Jeep all that way with all that noise and that terrific "look" without a windshield or plates. If I leave the driveway with my seat belt buckled there are about one hundred and twenty cops waiting to pull me over.
I want some of their luck, and ALL of their skill and attitude . . .

I won't hold my breath on it 'cause I know how these things go, but the fact that they didn't outright say no was encouraging. I'd like to drive beater cars and drink beer with those two, they get it.
its not really budget but its alot closer and better then the tv shows. I watch it every month just because there usually going to beat on whatever it is!
