Where is the best place (if any) to get new white letter tires these days? I'd like a set of white letter 14s for my 240Z if possible but I'm turning up with nothing. Thanks!

Buy the tires, then use paint to paint the letters white.
I can find the exact kind of paint works best if this interests you.
Anyplace that sells Copper Tires
I had some Cooper COBRA tires on a previous car, and got great all weather service from them, and theyre not too bad for driving in anger either.
Was just googling the topic, check this out:

BFG Radial T/A's are white letter. Any of these sizes work?

Yes please.
I want to paint the letters white on my track car to satisfy my inner ricer.
I've always coveted white letter tires, but lamented the disappearance. I almost went with BF Goodrich because they were the ONLY brand I could find.
I tried one of those paint pens once, on my doughnut spare as a test, and it looked terrible. But I've seen photos on Scion sites that looked great. Maybe I bought a dried up pen? (Think it was Autozone...)
EDIT - think it was this:

Thought about these too, but I was googling them earlier and it seems that everyone who tried them thought they were terrible.

Crap. How am I not going to do this? Maybe I'll start with my rallycross tires.
For anyone that wants to replicate the Goodyear Racing Tire logo. It's sized for 15", but could easily be scaled for any size.

And paint:

I wanted yellow letter Pirellis on the 308 and white letter SOMETHINGS on the 240Z. They are both mid 70s cars and it just goes with them I think.
If you want raised white letters, you have to go with the BFG Radial T/A. Any other raised white letters just say "I was too cheap to buy Radial T/As"
I used a brand new white paint pen on my motorcycle tires. It looked awesome for approximately 3 days then it got very faded. Not a good solution.

That's true. I'd like 195/70/14s if I could find them
why cant they sell lower profile tires with painted letters? never understood that. I would put white letter tires on EVERYTHING.

I almost thought this to be an absurd notion, then I realized if I had the option for flat white lettering "Michelin" on my Pilot Super Sports ala F1 I would totally have gone for it.
I've got Firestone Firehawk Indy 500's on my truck, but they only offer raised white letters in larger sizes. 14" or 15" are blackouts. I think the font looks better than the BFG's but it depends what its on. Firestone used to offer Eagle II's with white letters, but I don't think they do anymore. I touch them up on occasion with a paint pen.
Might want to look into the smaller size and a painting project. And the tires on that Miata look awesome.
