Finally brought home my truck over the weekend! I've been waiting for this moment for about 7 months.
1997 Dodge 2500 Cummins
5 Speed manual
4 Wheel Drive
33" BFG All Terrains
And a LOT of power!

The biggest thing I was wondering was, will she fit in the garage???
She's basically rust free with great paint right now, so I'd like to try to keep her that way, but my garage is a little small.
Survey says: She fits!!

It's tight, that's for sure, but she fits. I'm a happy camper!
Yeah, big truck. Congrats.
Not worried about scratching your front bumper, I guess.
what's all over the hood of your saab?

I'm going to put something on the wall to protect it. I think the plastic part is what touched anyway. :) This was the test fit.

Alright, time to get out the chains.... ;P
I kid.
I'm not a Chevy guy, but I wish you luck with your truck.

Haha we'll leave the tug of war to the hillbillies. I need my truck for work.
Welcome to the GRM Big Red Truck Club.
Hopefully we can see these pics at some point, they aren't working for me either.
There can only be one Big Red..

Lets be honest, this will make the 4th truck I know of named Big Red. None of which are my fairly large and red D350 by the way.
In the shadow of Clifford, Big Red seems like a joke nickname for anything not sporting a Peterbilt or Kenworth badge... But I'd still look at pics if they worked!

Wasn't Clifford replaced by an even bigger truck? That one wasn't red though.
Well my truck got named Big Red, because I personally do not know anyone else with a truck my size (or larger) and it's red. It's 22 feet long and that's damn big enough, dualle or not. I didn't want to name it Clifford as seeing that was taken, especially here.
Seeing as there are now multiple large red trucks on the board now, better start a sub-group.

One of the Big Reds I've been told about was a regular cab long bed K30 on 44"s back in the 80s, I never actually saw it. The other one is a '98 K1500 on fairly large tires of unknown size and a perpetually broken 4L60E.
In short, I think the GMC is the current largest Red.
I also used to have a truck called Big Red, but the red truck I have now is smaller. I second the motion for red truck subgroup
Let me see if I can get these photos fixed...
In the meantime here's my album of the truck: https://goo.gl/photos/WoK47x3HxvoDBay57
EDIT: NOW they are working...
I think they are working now....
