I was thinking the same of facebook, myself. My friends need to be subjected to the same horrors I was.

In iTunes it's easy. Just go to File > Subscribe to Podcast and type of past in the address http://grassrootsmotorsports.com/pod

Eventually it will be searchable and findable in iTunes, but that takes a while apparently.
