Now you no longer must settle for just a long hooded sports car that only looks like a large phallus from the sides.....as this looks like a large phallus from the top, bottom, and sides.
Yeah, you like it now, but wait until the first Porsche comes by and stuffs you into the wall. Then what are you going to do?
I would hit so many cones with the side of that thing. (Impression of me taking a slalom: THWAP whirr THWAP whirr THWAP whirr THWAP)
Perhaps I'm not quite as obsessed with penises (penii?) as the rest of you, but I think it's pretty cool. I do anticipate many banged up sides, though, especially with the driver sitting in the middle. Not a lot of references to where the rear fenders are.
So....who'll be the first to build a similarly shaped Challenge car, or street toy? I'm already pondering how to mimic some of this look with a rear mounted FWD drive train ,an Exocet style chassis, and unknown body panels.Fiero or Saturn plastics might be usable.
Isn't it a little unstable being a trike with a wider front track?
I'm not hating on it, just wondering
I really like it. I hope Nissan continues to develop the concept.

Yeah I know, but the front wheels are soo much closer than the rear it's like a trike. That's what I meant

I'd bet the aero helps too, especially at the speeds the race car operates at.. Plus the fact that the racecar isn't gonna take any 90* turns at low-ish speeds on a San Francisco hill intersection or something.
It will be interesting to see if a real-world car using the general proportions would actually "work".
