My girls wanted to paint that on my van too. I actually had the crazy-ass idea that I know 3 other guys with white rusty work vans(and most of them look the part too), I was thinking we should paint up our vans with "free candy" and enter them in the 4th of July parade. 
Needs a diesel, hybrid, or turbo-4 option and 28mpg highway.
word on the street is Nissan will finally be bringing diesels over here, I would hope the NV would get the option even before the titan.
I've seen word around the web that they've been working with Cummins as well. No idea if it'd bear fruit, but it's fun to imagine.
I really looked at those when they first came out, I think the 3500 would make a damn good tow beast/ dirty jobs vehicle and still be comfortable enough to drive long distances. Long term use reports on the Titan seem okay, so these probably will be too. If they get a decent diesel, I'll be watching the used markets closely in a couple years.
Unfortunately, those vans are so ugly I'd have to blindfold the wife to get her to ride in one - and the last thing you want is for people to see you dragging a blindfolded woman into a panel van.
