As relatively new hire, what else don't you miss about the company? Besides sticky turbos, of course.
I don't miss the constant drum beat for everyone to be a 6S blackbelt..

Luckily, that is no longer a requirement best news i've heard in a while.

That is good news. I was tired of up and coming bbs coming down and stealing my work all the time.
I took one of these for a test drive today. Both of the ones on the lot had a factory 5th wheel and brake controller. It drove nice, but I didn't really get on it because I had the sales guy in tge back and my dad ridi g shotgun. We both liked it, but would probably pick an ecoboost Ford instead.

I drove it at the launch. Nice, well damped ride, towed 9,000 lbs. Car launches are sanitized, it's not the same as taking it home for a week and really trying to live with it, but seems like a nice truck.
Personally, I love the quiet ride of a Ram with air suspension, but the Titan's got a lot of good features>

That alone is enough to impress me. Every stock newer 1/2 ton I've driven has made think I'd be putting different shocks in it within a week if I bought one, they're all horrifically under-damped (especially in the rear) when empty.
My old man's '12 Silverado feels almost overdamped. The thing has a harsher ride than my aluminum frame road bike. Are the tires solid rubber?? His previous '05 Sierra felt exactly like what a truck should feel like, in my opinion. Smooth and comfortable, but deliberate and solid.

Ford even showcases it in their ads! Every time the CGI F150 comes to a stop, it does a little wobble as if it's rolling on a set of blown shocks.

I can jump on this train as somebody who left for greener pastures during the Great Exodus of 2015.
I don't miss having my entire career path defined by if I went to the same college as whoever was passing through as senior manager that month.
I do really miss the leftover cookies from whenever the sales guys would have a meeting.

The 06 sierra we have came with the uber-crappy delco black shocks. Complete and utter rubbish. Truck would literally quiver over bumps unloaded. Replaced with the OE-bilsteins.... night and day. No quiver, no bounce. Should have done that YEARS ago.

The '15+ do ride nice though.....but the BIL hasn't really loaded his down yet.

I haven't gotten to drive one of the beer can trucks yet. The previous gen rode ok loaded up, but it was under-damped, bouncy and sloppy when empty.

The new ones feel like you're driving a late Sport Trac.....they should since they weigh about the same.....lol
