Is it me or are there no Grassroots-type cars left in the north east. A scan of Ebay and CL here in Eastern PA is an excersie in pickup trucks.

Also: Speculation is that gas will hit $4/gallon again in spring. Wait to sell your 35 mpg whatever till then!

Nothing, but I have several and one (my red Shelby Dak) is for sale. Looking for a change from my 99 Neon FSP car (that has Koni's Quaiffe, etc.)

Just you, Sonic found a Rolls for 10 C-notes.

Seriously, if it is that bad up there, don't be afraid of travel. Oklhaoma, Texas, southern kansas New Mexico and the like are ripe with beaters for nothing with no rust. It is embarrasing what I have bought for beer money and destroyed. Southwest has really cheap weekend getway fares and flies out of Philly

Put it in perspective, what is gas there now?

I think 91 is 3.09 or close here in OK right now. I don't pay a lot of attention since I know I have to buy it regardless.

how do you know when to feel a sense of outrage if you don't pay attention to the price of gas?

91 (and higher) goes for between $3.75 and $3.85 per gallon in my area.

Yeah, I'll be making more trips out to OK in the future looking for toys. It's not a bad drive if you find something able to make the trip.
