I need something which I can put splice into a radiator line which is tapped for a 1/8" pipe thread. Is there something off the self out there?

Something like that. Any idea what the threading is?

That piece there is why every gearhead should have access to a lathe. I have made dozens of those things.

I need to measure my radiator hose now. I think one of those is what I need. Gonna use it to control an electric fan.

If you want one cheap, any SAAB with a longitudinal engine has one. Odd metric threads, but the SAAB senders come in a variety of temp settings.

It has to be for a 1" ID hose.
