OBD 1 Sensors And Voltage's

 The Fiero, V-6 Turbo,  Stock V6 ecm, 

 How much, Where To Test, Set iSC  set TPS, Throttle plate HAS been Moved,  Which one First, Shirly, There must be a 123 Order of checks, It Runs Too fast.
   So I Have Gas And Spark, now What?  There is A Throttle blade opening Wire Dia.Size, which Size, I have Them.
 It is set Around What I set A Carb At now, Cycling the key seems to set ISC but then retracts .

I THINK i understand what you are asking. Ill call you tonight and see if i can walk you through some of it. You and the wife home from the hospital?

I don't know what the factory procedure is but i hamfist idle adjustments on old efi cars by introducing a big vacuum leak which will usually cause the idle speed motor to close all the way trying to bring the rpm down. Once it's closed i unplug it, stop the vacuum leak, and set the throttle plate to a low  idle (engine warm). Turn off, plug idle motor back in,  start back up. No guarantee that every 80s car is stupid enough to take that method, but some sure are! 

Some old GM you could ground out one of the diagnostic terminals and it would cause the IAC motor to cycle completely then you just unplugged it and turned off the car.  If I remember when I get home I'll pop open a manual and see, what year?

There Is A Voltage At each sensor one in or more and one out , Ground or Full Voltage, What should an o2 sensor read has 1 wire and where, TPS ISC
