On my challenge car 86 Saab. It will start smoking out the tail pipe white. Doesn't smell like antifreeze. The brake fluid level is dropping. Is it possible for the engine to injest brake fluid through the booster ?

Yes.
Yep. Master cylinder leak into the booster, sucked into the engine via the vacuum hose.
Change the master and the booster the rear seal in the MC leaked into the booster. if you put it off it'll deteriorate the diaphragm, leaving you without brake boost.
Or it will burn all your brake fluid, leaving you with no brakes.
Or will completely destroy your motor from brake fluid running through it. I strongly recommend not driving it. I've seen some ugly results in case studies about this.
