I think the question is about "Sealed Beam" headlights.

Last round sealed beam, I dont know but my bet for last dual square sealed beam is the Dodge Omni/Plymouth Horizon 4 door twins.
My info was for sealed beam also. I did a search for Sylvania H6024 which is a sealed beam 7"
The FC RX-7 used the large square at least until 1992. Not sure after that.
However, Ford makes a point of using them on their "work" truck lineup, especially the vans, because it cuts costs. I think even the seriously butt ugly new ones use them, buried somewhere in all that WTF.
I am kind of a fan of sealed beams. No matter what car it is, you know that they're going to work, and they aren't obnoxious. There's a special place in hell for the person who came up with the "lighting" system on the Cirrus/Stratus (fine example of headlights that simply do not work) as well as the guy behind the last-gen Celica and the New Beetle, which are easily the headlights voted Most Likely to Make The Guy In Front Of You Jump Out and Fix Them With A Hammer. Even HIDs are not as annoying. And I say "the guy" because as pessimistic as I am, I cannot believe that there are TWO people so irresponsibly sadistic as to independently design such hardware.

But yeah, your speculation is right: I'm looking for latest production car/truck with classic 7" rounds. Lots of current production bikes still use them (they're projector beams now, but they stick to the 7" round theme), but I've always been curious about the last car/truck, only because the boss has a Range Rover with 'em, and that plain connection to older cars and trucks just struck me one day.
No particular reason. Just curious.

The Gov't was petitioned by Sylvania to mandate that citing "safety". Sylvania holds the patent and had a pretty good ride for 40 years.
