Alright guys.

I'm in Orlando for the week because of a wedding. I'll have Wednesday free during the day and was considering making a short drive up the GRM World Headquarters.

I was wondering if this was a good idea. (don't want to interrupt the work flow ...) If so, any drop in etiquette I should know. Just want to see the place and maybe meet anyone I bump into and drool over office parking lot cars

Thanks!

That's pretty much the correct answer. Also, later in the day is generally better than early in the day due to meetings and stuff.

Oh, a PS. Your GPS or Mapquest or whatever will probably take you down LPGA Blvd. from I-95 to Ridgewood Ave. (US-1). Part of LPGA is currently closed due to construction, so you'll need an alternate route. International Speedway Blvd. (Route 92) might work. If you go that way, you'll drive past the speedway.

I'd avoid lunchtime, too. Some of the staffers are very protective of their cages during feeding, while others go out foraging during lunchtime.

Oh, I thought you were making a trip to the people that make Accusump. Carry on.

Indonesia's Muslims miss Mecca (by about 1,500 miles) By Toby Green 9:00 AM Tuesday Jul 20, 2010

A clerical error has seen Muslims directing their prayers towards Kenya and southern Somalia. Photo / APFor more than 200 million Muslims in Indonesia, Mecca just moved. Instead of facing Islam's most holy city, a clerical error of astronomical proportions has seen the faithful directing their prayers towards Kenya and southern Somalia.

The Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), the country's highest Islamic body, has admitted that they made an error in an edict issued in March regarding the direction of the sacred Kaaba site in Mecca. Originally they had said that the Saudi Arabian city - where Muslims turn towards during their daily prayers - was due west of Indonesia, but they have now corrected themselves and are instead instructing followers to face a bit further to the north.

No one in Indonesia has a compass and a map?

Thanks to the Staff for the hospitality today. I remember how annoying guest can be from my time working in a Nascar shop so it's truly special even getting the time of day from the staff of an operation like GRM.

Anyhow, it was really interesting to see the office in person and neat to see some of the project cars in person.

Keep doing what you do!!!

Y'all built your own dyno room? Slick! I thought you'd been paying per run (or bothering the "Trusted Ally") all this time!

ROFL! I guess the Imams that created that requirement didn't know the world was round. Which is really quite surprising, considering Arab accomplishments in mathmatics during the 800s..
