I thought it was +38 or 40, maybe it depends on the wheel size?
Erg.... now i'm finding all those answers, too...
The internet is full of info, approximately 75% of it wrong on these damn cars.

10mm isn't much, what are you doing that you need such a specific answer?
I was just looking for an extra set of wheels to mount autocross tires on.

45-48 seems to be what most rotas are, so that'll work just fine.
I am looking at 14" or 15" if that matters

I had 225/50-15's (RA-1's) on +40 15x7 (i think? possibly by 6.5) on my 2000 civic hatchback and the fronts rubbed pretty good on the front at and a little before full lock. Definitely fun though, and if i had to do it again i would run skinnier rear tires.
