link?... i've been thinking about a rear mount radiator setup nearly from the start on my s10... so very interesting :)

I believe that a NA setup like this is doable on challenge monies....
Love the Syclone and Typhoons. But my experience with them is that the only run a couple of times before breaking then lose an ungodly expensive piece of cladding.
They really are fun on a bun though.
Normally I'd protest a rare vehicle being chopped up in such a manner, but the quality and taste are good, and it gets used, which is even better. Approved!

I thought you were going to ask about pixels.
On topic, that truck looks bad ass and I have that advertisement framed in my basement.

As long as they work (the pixels), then we're good here. I'd think it would be easy enough to duplicate a syclone/typhoon, but with an LSJuan type deal instead of the turbo six.
Awesome build, did these trucks really handle that well?(stock) I mean to be compared to a Porsche 911 takes more then 0-60 times.

get past all the silly body cladding and they were just a lowerew 4X4 Sonoma with stiffer torsion bars and rear springs and special lowering spindles in the front that had a turbocharged 4.3 that sent power thru a transfer case out of an Astro van...

lol. I alternate between pithy, pixel prepurchase prognostications and post-purchase overpayment observations

are those spindles unobtanium, or are they around?
sethmeister4 wrote: I forgot to ask...why are the doors the only part that isn't flat black?
Because they are original. The fenders and bedsides are fiberglass still in gelcoat.

Because Racetruck!
Each corner is fiberglass is why... though what's left of the tailgate is also not flat.

probably unobtanium- never really had a need to try to find them.. but you can crank the ride height down with the torsion bars so that part of it isn't really super hard...
i wanna know how he got that T56 hooked up to that transfer case..
also, all that work and it still has a 7.5 rear end instead of upgrading to at least an 8.5.

It looks dirty...needs to all be flat or all glossy...despite "Because Racetruck"

cubic dollars.....
I'm not a fan of these getting hacked up......chop up the typhoons.

Guy I AX with has an supercharged LS-swapped El Camino with a bed-mounted radiator. It sits at about a 45 degree angle sloping down to the back over a hole cut in the bed, and he has a tanneau cover over the back with a louvered tailgate.
I've always been curious what the effect on aerodynamics would be with that setup. Seems like it would lower air pressure under the bed past the radiator inlet.
