Looks fairly rust free ( from this angle!). What are your plans?
DARF (Dayton Area Race Fans) Toys for Kids this weekend March 16/17 at Lang's Chevrolet in Beavercreek OH.
oh yeah,
akron pull a part has 2001 silverado v8 that still has engine. it's a 4.8 or 5.3 but either way, if you're a pull a motor at the junkyard kind of guy, its a super cheap way into an ls engine.

Bring something unusual if you can make it.
Some of you guys mentioned being up for this car show:
Hotrod Fest March 22-24 at the Expo Center in Dayton (by the airport)
Indoor show, our SCCA region is putting a 3 car display in it - Rallycross, Autocross, and Club Racer. Just dropped off my MR2 and the ITC Honda Civic racer, the manager says they have about 190 cars this year. We're right by the concession area so plenty of foot traffic!
If you go, and see a long-haired guy with a beard by the white MR2, come say hi!
dragway 42 opening weekend april 13-14. test and tune 1/4 mile all weekend...
i'm planning on being there one of the days.
When are we going to have another get together.
EvanB, can you find a location as you are one of the most centrally located?
To allow Will to be involved, Sundays are best.
Maybe an afternoon meet?
I'm definitely up for another meet. I really need some automotive activity that doesn't involve Jeeps right now...
Although I was talking to our new Quality Engineer this week, and he was telling me how he's fiddling with the suspension on his Mazdaspped 6 to cure the under steer. Trying to get him to come out and play.

Always a good choice. There is also the Winking Lizard off 23 and 270 if everyone enjoyed that last time.

Is that close enough for the Clevites?
Jerry, how was the car show? I was going and stuff came up...:(
In reply to stan:
Show was good, probably 190 cars. We had 3 in our booth/exhibit. On Sunday morning there were probably 125 cars left that didn't bail Saturday night, and they shut down at 1pm for the coming White Death.
