Forgive me GRM for I have sinned. In my search for a clean AM Vantage to buy. This has popped up and reminded me of my old ways.
Remind me how my last viper killed its new owner and his wife, how it pulled the epoxy off my garage floors when hot, and made my wife hate it with a passion. How all special edition vipers have stupid two tone steering wheels and accessories.
Its a
2006 Final Edition with the full VIPAIR ACR-X kit. Factory replaced the motor 10K miles ago due to a hole punched in the oil pan that starved it out.
Hahaha, no. Sorry brother, can't do it.
Buy it, let it depreciate for a few more years, then sell it to me. Simply incredible cars.

Sounds like you can afford it so I see no logical reason to talk you down. Buy it!
You came to the wrong support group

Seriously what's the story there?
Go for it. Way cool cars.
Why would I talk you down? Sucks that a noob bought your old one.
Actually by buying this, you might be saving another noob driver from death.
No way will I talk you down.
Just don't get killed in it or I will really regret this post.

Sold the car though a dealership in the Midwest to a couple that wanted my color and year. They found me through the viper-club. Took it out on new tires that the dealership installed without realizing how slippery they would be.
Way to fast in the wood, in a car they did not know, and spun off into a tree. Allegedly it cut the car in half straight through the passenger compartment.
I would never have known except they never took possession of the title and the DMV kept after me.
So this is how it stands.
Option one
Scion IQ
2002 Prowler Inca/Rue Edition
2006 Viper Final Edition
Another Hot Rod.
Option two.
Scion IQ
2002 Prowler Inca/Rue Edition
360 Coupe or Vantage.
Option three.
Scion IQ
430/Gallardo/Maybe Ford GT
Can I suggest you drive a Chevy Spark before you settle on the IQ? It's supposed to be far more involving, has a more plausible back seat and an available manual.
Oh, and if the GT is an option, I'd skip Prowlers and Vipers.
Seems like you're shopping with Big Money. If they're all street toys go with option 1. If you want a car that's fast on the track go with option 3 with a 430 but be sure to keep the big money coming to maintain it.

I like option 2 or 3. The only thing I don't like about the viper is that every one looks like the interior was done by a teenage boy with a bunch of pep boys gift cards.

I already have the IQ and the Prowler.
The IQ is perfect for me in that I live 6 miles from the office and I almost never get on the freeway with it. Plus I have been getting almost 37 mpg with it which is amazing for something that parks in the city as easy as it does. Also gas has shot up to almost 5.00 in my neck of the wood.
The Prowler is just a silly car that I love, I have had 6 of them over my life and I keep coming back. It is just about the worst car in the world for daily driving but it just makes me smile, and I know a few things about bad daily drivers.
My last viper I put 12,000 miles on in 10-11 months and it melted my shoes. I daily drove my 56 speedster for a year or two with no top but a good tonou cover. At one point I was using one of my cobra replica's, (700+ hp monster) as my only transportation other then my wife's civic on rainy days.
FORD GT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11!

He's in CA. Some whacked out supply issue with thier special CA-specific gas...
I vote GT. With the Viper a distant second followed by the Vantage then the 360.
Sorry, you sound responsible. Have fun!

California has special summer and winter blends of gas. We had surplus summer blend and sold a bunch to mexico a refinery caught fire and so now we have a summer blend shortage so a huge spike in prices rumors of 6-7 bucks a gallon this weekend
The Ford GT is quite large the thing I don't like about it
