That double hood scoop kills it for me.
The pics of the footwell scare me off as well. Look at the extension on the accelerator pedal, torn carpet and is that fiberglassed over rust?
I love the idea though.

That's called fiberustglasspolyesterfoam composite.
While I normally love me some classic Datsun, and V8 makes me tingle, I'm not hard up over that car. Though It would be sweet to drive 
great car!!
