And swap it into a fiero (also I'm fairly certain that's an M62, definitely not a turbo)

Callaway did turbocharge a handfull of Alfa GTV6s, with the 2.5. Someone took this out of a GTV6 or low spec Milano and installed the 3.0 from a Milano Verde. That is the engine you really want. As for putting it against a gearbox, that is a serious project, as the crank shaft is not equipped for a regular flywheel and clutch, as they are in the rear of the Alfa.
