if it's complete inside and solid, it may not be too bad. I vote Ecotech turbo power.
Looks to me like one that someone started a V8 mod on and realized it's a lot more work than anticipated and stopped, hopefully before too much was cut up. Narrow Centerlines in front and slotted aluminum wide in the rear says drag car to me.
Not that that is a bad thing, just observation.
