Opinions needed

I am still trying to decide if I want to paint my BMW bottlecaps white or black with a silver lip. What does GRM think?

White

Black with silver lip, unless you want to clean them daily.

Has anyone tried bronze wheel paint? I wonder how a black center with bronze lip would look.

Yes, gave them a basic cleaning, hit them with some rustoleum and called it done. I did mask off the lip and leave it silver, but they've survived 14,000mi of winter just fine.

Back OT - while bottlecaps look like vintage rally wheels in white, I'm not personally a fan of white wheels on a black car. So among your options I choose black center/polished lip.

As an alternative, I really like gold center/spokes with polished lips on black cars from the 70s/80s. Doesn't work on modern cars nearly as well imho, but cars from that era seem to pull it off. Probably all the cocaine.
