Always wanted one growing up. Now as an adult, not so much since I never liked them (vans that is).

That looks like a promo van not a van used for filming. Get one that was used for filming and that is worth something. That is just a clone made by the studio (one of 6) per the add.
Also the colors don't look correct. Maybe the lighting but I thought that the gray upper was darker.
Yes I was a huge A-Team Fan as a kid!!! :-)
Versus
Also what is with the stripe being yellow in one photo and orange in the other. I think there has been a tone of photo "processing" done to these photos.
Interesting to note that in this photo there are no fog light on the roof. All the other photos of the van in the TV series it has the fog lights.
I wonder how many vans they had for filming.
I'd totally buy this despite it never being on the show. It's a great looking replica and I'd drive it everywhere.
Oh so would I!!!! In fact because it was not actually on the show you could drive it like you stole it with out worry

Rig it so it plays the theme every time a door opens. No. No, I would never get tired of it. Ever.
Dun Ta Da Dun, Dun, Dun,Dun.
My brother drove one of those thru High School, used to do A Team stunt stuff in it until an axle snapped off. Really, the whole thing, axle shaft and backing plate snapped right off the Alcoa GM rims didn't even get bent.
"Officially Licensed" and used for promotion... not screen used. And is it just me, or is the wheelbase longer on the replica?
Still pretty cool... and no reserve...
Love the .30cal in the back, though it'd be more useful for traffic around here if it was front mounted...
"Hi, we're fugitives who operate in the shadows, but let's drive this eye-catching van with an orange stripe."

See also Starsky & Hutch.
I love it when a van comes together.

Nope. The theme should play when you hit the horn.

for all the years of watching A-Team, I'm not sure I ever even realized the top section was gray like that. I always remembered it just being all-black with the red stripe. Maybe I just had a really crappy TV when I was a kid lol.

One of my son's friends has a 57 chevy beater that he took the chrome bullets off the hood and mounted .50cal barrels on. Gets a lot of attention.

That was my memory as well, but I watched it over rabbit ears! Might have been some tin foil involved...
I'll bet the stripes on the van in the show were orange, because that shows up red on camera. The stripes on my Miata are like that. And then the auction company tried to "correct" the pictures.
I thought it was all black as well, but I was more of a Dukes and Knight Rider fan back in the day.
In reply to bigdaddylee82 :
IIRC the show used stainless steel Ruger AC556s, the select fire version of the Mini-14. Ruger was trying to break into the LE and military markets in the early 80s, but it never really took.
What always amazed me was with all the ammo expended in every episode, no-one ever really got hit... except for the occasional 'flesh wound'.
