Man this gets the wheels turning. A Kart track for $180k.

Pgp in Kent wAshington operates year round rain or shine, snow or heat. And they only have slicks no rains. It's. Riot in a downpour.
I raced Karts on ice on a lake. With summer slicks. Once you got going it was fun.
Hardest part was keeping the carburetors from icing.
That track sounds like a good deal. Lots of possibilities.

I was one of 'em for 33 years.
The Little Cars are called Minicups. There's a group that race with us on dirt tracks as small as 1/12 mile. They put on a great show.
When I worked up at Neverland MJ bought a couple old Gocarts, He put a track in and I got the McCulloch engines running, They were scary fast on the big track, He ended up getting some new electric ones like at the rental places but everyone wanted to drive the 100cc McCulloch powered ones. I had to put lockable governors on them.
Oval tracks are boring, Road courses are much more fun especially if you get a few people on little bikes on them,
No reason you coulnt run little snomobiles and quads in the winter to stretch out the money making possibilities.
Infield is open. Put a "bus stop" on one side and a short infield loop on the other. Oval problem solved.
In reply to MulletTruck: Like any race car, a lot of speed is in the gearing. The small road course I ran on the top speed was app. 60 mph on the straight.
Maybe sitting 2 inches off the ground and no protection, 60 mph could be scary.

The driveway from my reptile barn to the house was stamped concrete, The steering wheel was just a suggestion at speed, On the track it was a bit more controllable but would still break loose on corners if you pushed it. The chassis were old Rupp units from im guessing the early 70s.
