I have a little rust spot on my XJ rocker. I cut it out back to good metal and I'm ready to weld in a new piece. Should I do anything about the inside of the rocker? It's a pretty rust free Jeep and I'm trying to keep it that way.

Fluid Film sells a long tube 360deg sprayer for just such applications. I'm going to use it as soon as I fix up a couple of nascent rocker rust spots on my 2002.
