My Jaguar has the GM paint process TPA  but long exposure to the sun has made the Hood Roof, trunk lid white instead of Burgundy.
Short of a complete repaint. Can I spray it with a lacquer or enamel?  Anything less expensive than a complete repaint?  ( it's a race car, not a collector piece)

TPA is acrylic lacquer AFAIK. So I believe you can use pretty much anything over it. For your project in todays world, I'd prep it by sanding off the oxidized layer of paint, seal it, and shoot it with a single stage urethane.
