I'd like to get a set of Panasports for my CRX for street use, but with our terrible roads, I can't justify the cost. So I've been looking at cheaper wheels that look similar. So far I've found that Konig and Rota make similar looking wheels, but are there any other companies that wheels like that?
The Konig has a spoke design I don't really like, and the Rotas are too shiney. I could buy a set and paint them, but I'd rather not have to mess with it.
Thanks. But neither of those appear to make a 15x7 wheel for a CRX.
I know a young man who "aircraft stripped" a set of new Rotas, neutralized the cleaner washed off the wheels then sprayed them with clear coat that had matte additive in it. They were kinda neat.

Don't suppose you have any pictures of them?
psst- panasports are ripoffs. the originals were mini-lites.

Aren't Honda hubs 56.1 mm? The Chaparrals are hubcentric on 54.1

No I don't, I can see if he still has the car.

Those look pretty nice. Are these the real OEM wheels for a Miata?
It's not ideal, but I would be willing to have the hub bore machined out. I've had a machine shop do it before. Still, I'd rather get something that fits without doing that.
There's always Koenig Rewinds, also American Racing sells one (that seems good and heavy like most of their stuff).
RoTa RB's come in at least 20 different colors. They make a "gloss" gun grey (what I had), and a flatter "gunmetal". Find an actual dealer and take a look at the options.

I thought AR had one too, but I can't find it now. I already mentioned that I didn't like the Konig Rewind.
I believe the AR model is called Silverstone.

This.
My friend has some flat gunmetal ones on his Miata.
In reply to failboat:
Yeah, I found them. Only thing is that the wheel that fits my car is way fugly. That one is out.
In reply to Javelin:
I've already done that. I am asking if other options exist.

They were and I know a guy who has a set. I'm not sure if they're still in production, though.

No, not OEM- just a really nice look copy of panasports/minilites. And they're cheap. Not too light (~14lb?), but really pretty. I don't have a set, but I might go this direction because they'll be going on my miata-suspended MG Midget, and look a little less "daisy" ish.
