Someone wants to come down and get it, but now I'm hesitant. This is bad. I haven't talked with them yet, but they keep e-mailing me today. I don't know if I should let go of it. They offered less, but I would hold firm. And the Crx/Crz issues is coming out. And mine looks just like the red Crx...except mine has rust. My itch for a Subaru continues, but part with Rex? I know, have both, but I really only want two cars. What to do. The madness!

Don't do it! I had a CRX when I was in college (mid-90s) and regretted selling it until I bought another one about a year and a half ago. I will never willingly be without a CRX again!

Hey, another Ohio Crx owner. We know how hard it is to find Crx's that aren't rusted out. Well, my passenger door is...that's a work in progress. I've heard many people say that the Crx is one car they regret selling. I'm not a big fan of the "V-tec Yo" crowd that it draws, but I can live with that. I think I was just looking for those words to keep it. I still want a Impreza though.

I still enjoy mine. It's probably one of the most solid cars out there. Will I sell it? Yeah, probably. I love it but need to thin the herd a bit.

I've owned six over the years. Three 1G's and three 2G's. I've been without for a couple of years now and I really miss them.

I'm not clear on why you want to sell... or do you need to sell due to storage issues... and just how bad is the rust? All I know is I live just south of Ohio in Kentucky and I saw a primer CRX today that had "Homemade Turbo" written on the back of it. It was kinda of rough but still a cool, fun car. I don't see many of them around and if you are like me, a guy who regrets selling any car I would hang on to it dude!

Seriously, David. If all mine were healthy, you'd be getting a "whaddya want for it?" from me.

I know what you mean about the 'vtec yo' crowd. This does seem to be changing a little though. Some of us on crxcommunity.com get together periodically and while there are still a few punkass kids who want to talk about their street racing exploits, they are in the minority. Most of us are 30-somethings (or older) - some race our cars, some restore, and some are daily drivers.

Keep it! I would love to get my hands on a CRX in the future. I love how simple and pure the car can be (let alone lightweight which is great for Auto X/track time) in it's original form. Don't forget the possibilities are with an Kswap.

You can still own this car and not fall into the "fast and furious" crowd.

I like the one I bought 2 days ago. I haven't fallen in love yet but... I bought it to drive 30 miles one way to work on a daily basis ants for auto-x next year.

Mine started as a daily but has evolved into a weekend driver. Next stop: dedicated autocrosser.
