Not that I needed another car, but I picked up a '93 Miata from Challenge pro Alan McCrispin. He's trying to corner the market for these.
Anyway, it has a club history and comes with an intake, light flywheel, working heat and air, and some kind of coilovers and blown shocks. Also it needs a new back window or another top. I'd like to have a hardtop but may put a new convertible top for the short term.
Paint is terrible. Someone previously spray painted the car. It was always red, now some of it is a matt red. I may try a vinyl wrap, who knows. It's going to be a cheap autocross toy for now.

Congrats on the new answer
I'm starting to consider getting an answer.
Are you going to run the test and tune at the end of February?

Do it. They live up to the hype.

Maybe, if I can get a new top and shocks by then. Certainly by event 1...I hope. It's not pretty, but it runs good.

You don't need a top for autocross.

The motion is seconded. Especially on this 82 deg day in sunny southern Arizona...

I always assumed that people were exaggerating how good they were. And then I bought one and realized they are the real deal.

You can get used suspension stuff for pretty cheap, just sayin'
For example, no connection to seller Includes NB top hats, so you get a little more rear travel

I know, right? I don't think I'd want to be without one at this point. It's near the perfect little sports car; I sometimes want moar powah, but on other days, it seems to catch just right and winding it out to 7k brings just enough ooopmh. And I say to myself "this thing is just right".

Not really, but it's the popular story for people who don't actually measure these things :)
Nice example of the car that started it all!
This is my third NA...and I've had two NB's.
I'm sure my credit card will come to visit you Keith!

Really, so what is the advantage of the NB top hats?
