In Colorado it can snow a foot one day, and then be 70 degrees the next.   Or it can do both on the same day!   Seriously, I've never seen weather change as rapidly as it does up there.

Fixed.

The weather doesn't change rapidly in all parts of Colorado, but it does in the mountains. Which is the nature of mountains.

I want to go this year. Anyone else going?   

I'll be on the mountain somewhere working on race day I'm sure. Not sure where.

I'll be in my house by then with it's 400+ sq ft back deck so beer and grilled meat may be a possibility for the GRM folks in town. 

Haven't been to the race, but have experienced hail in July at the top on a day it was sunny below. Be ready for anything
