I need another project like a whole in the head, but this keeps calling to me. Tell me why I shouldn't buy it, not why I should.

You're right, except its not all that rusty, and it would make a nice hauler for my Mustang and Ford tractor.
The engine is going to be too small to haul anything heavy at freeway speed. I would upgrade it to a diesel. Not to mention a few grand for a bed and fith wheel.
Yuck. The back is practically useless without a 5th wheel and those cost 2x the truck's value!
Nevermind the nav systems on these are way out of date.
Where are you going to take your tractor? Your Mustang looks streetable. And you already have two bigass pickups.
HTH
In reply to GameboyRMH:
I would take my tractor anywhere I wanted. Yes, my mustang is streetable, and also haulable. And I actually have three big ass pickups. See how wrong you are? And I don't know what HTH means.

Because a whole (sic) in the head would be a very strange phenomenon. Beyond that, I got nuthin'
In reply to Giant Purple Snorklewacker:
I haz map.
I would turn it into a rollback hauler, no 5th wheel needed.

Doh!
you don't need this. It sounds like that you need to do brake job and who knows i heard people sometimes even need to replace the bushings, spark plugs, and tires. That's a lot of work to save the 40k from buying a new truck.
I want one line that but with an extended cab for the kids. You know, cuz I WANT one.
And I'd have to convert it to four wheel drive cuz you know, that'd be awesome!

That's the best bad argument I've heard so far!
Don't do it. People you don't know or whose opinions you don't value might think less of you.
How is that for a bad argument?
