So I'm moving to an internal powered antenna in my RX7, and I've been looking for a source for some plugs to fill the hole in the body where the OEM antenna was. After a little bit of searching, I decided to share what I found with y'all.

Scroll down to the "Flexible Plastic Plug" section, it seems like exactly what I (and a few others with the same problem) need.

That's what I used on my E30 race car, works perfectly.

I keep forgetting about them; spent a half-hour browsing. Kept the wallet in the other room...

I used steel and a welder to fill mine.

I use "FTD" stickers. (That I borrowed from a friend :)

You can get metal caps at Lowes or a plumbing supply store. They're made to fill extra holes in sinks.

I painted my Rabbit in a pole barn that was semi-recently built. The plugs for the antenna and all four side marker light holes were the metal circles that you pop out of steel outlet boxes like these: I found them on the floor, tacked them into place, and smeared a little bondo over them. Worked perfectly.

I used black racer's tape. There are enough holes in the bottom to let the water out so it really was just an aesthetic issue. I hate to have an unsightly blemish on my svelte E30.
