I had the MSM detailed a few months ago to get it ready to sell, and the guy also cleaned the engine bay. Now the exposed metal parts all have a flaky white substance all over them. I can get it off with a wetted thumb and some elbow grease, but is there a quicker, easier way to get rid of it and prevent it from coming back?
