How about taking a Celica GT-Four drivetrain and stuffing it into an Austin Mini? I went down the rabbit hole and started watching the videos of this project. It is still in progress, but I admire the guys craftsmanship.

Highly addicted to that build. Pure build thread heroin, plus they are an entertaining team

I'm wondering where the radiator is going to go. I know they pushed the firewall back a bit, but the Toyota engine is quite a bit larger than the mini lump and I doubt the Toyota radiator will fit in the fender well like the Mini radiator that is is replacing. I know the side mounted Mini radiator is barely adequate to cool an A-series engine, so I would surmise that there is no way it could keep a larger more powerful (although more modern) engine cool at all.
