The new Toyo R1Rs (sourced from Tire Rack) on Rota RB wheels add grip, but look a little goofy on the stock ride height. The rear wheel gap in particular is comical. But fear not: Ford Racing coil-overs are on the way.

Why the 225 and not the 195?
I like the looks of the Fiesta.
I love the RB's (had them on my Miata).
I dislike the combination. That's just ugly, regardless of gap. Ewwww.

We're a little worried about heat management on the smaller tire--multiple drivers + summers in Florida = tire roasting.

Nice Mini-Lites. I mean Panasports.
I assume they are aluminum, and not real Mags.

Not a good combo IMO.
I think the Panasports are a classic-car wheel, and the Fiesta does not look classic. Which is a good thing...unless you want classic car wheels for it.

I like it, though it needs some lowering something fierce.
Looks good to me. I understand what some people are saying about the panasport-style-on-a-modern-car thing, but it works fairly well here imho.
In reply to Matt B:
I thought the same thing when those wheels arrived, and when we first put them on. Wait 'til you see the car on coil-overs. It's very different indeed. We actually posted a photo to our Facebook timeline not long ago, if you follow us on there.
In reply to Alan Cesar:
I think it will look even cooler when you make it look like a race car- stickers and all.
In reply to alfadriver:
In good time, grasshopper.
Also, I really like the look of the 225 width on the 15x7s. ANTI-STRETCH!!!

Can you paint the tire lettering yellow, too?
In reply to alfadriver:
Hmmm.... Per, we got any yellow tire markers? I really like what that guy did with Sharka not too long ago.

I like the rims and tires. Tire Rack not showing this wheel yet? It doesn't come up?
Sorry, that's a mistake. I'm pretty sure the tires came from Tire Rack, the wheels did not. I don't know where we got them exactly, but you can see the sizes and bolt patterns of the Rota RB here:

Maybe...as long as the letters are for the sponsor. If you highlight that you're using other tires you might get in trouble in some events!

I wholeheartedly concur. Apart they are both great, together....just doesn't work.

I think they look good post coil over. Maybe not the style I would pick for a modern car but I think it is growing on me
I love the RBs on it, but then I'm biased. I have a set on my CooperS.
