Good stuff. Any back story on the Aston Martin Nimrod? The pics don't really match any of the rear body work photos I was able to find, and since only 5 were built, do you know how it got to its current owner?
BTW did you pass the bugeye?
Don't know the full story on the Nimrod, but it's a real one.....real A-M motor in there. Owner's a nice guy, but never got to talk to him too much about the car. He had a great race with a full-race 914-6 for numerous laps (last year the Nimrod kept breaking down) until they had light contact. I'm on our driver's committee and had to interview both drivers about the incident. Both good guys......It was basically very minor and didn't spoil anyone's day.
I passed the 1275 Bugeye at about 8:50 on ~this~ video.

Yes. Early 1600 Alpine. He's a friend of mine and, of course, we gave him a hard time about that (we've all done it).
He actually left the car at BeaveRun (in a safe place) and got a ride back to Long island with another friend. Then flew back the next week and ran that car it the Shenley Park "street races" in Pittsburgh. I was hoping to do the same thing, but couldn't quite manage the time.
You can see that Sunbeam ~Here~ in the first few seconds.
