Just like the name implies, a 4 wheeled motorcycle, kinda.

Usually this kind of Frankenstein project ends up being a cool design exercise, but doesn't end up being very good at being a motorcycle or a car. On the other hand, the center of gravity "looks" fairly low and the power-to-weight should be insane. I have to admit I kind of love the design and packaging.

It would give a whole new meaning to the term "rear-ended" though.

I don't know how I feel about these. I hate ATVs, they lean the wrong way, half of staying on a motorcycle is that it leans, so your lateral g's keep you on. On the other hand they are like a totally minimalistic car.

That one definitely does have a low CG, so it is not likely to roll, but you still have the issue with staying on it. Also, it won't conform to most states DOT regulations, because with four wheels it is a car, and must meet more requirements to get a plate.

This is much cooler

I wish they'd make these cool ass concepts every now and then.

A couple of pennyfarthings married with bamboo stalks holding them together would be a quad, right?

There was a picture of that thing in the latest issue of Hot Rod. They said that you have to turn the handlebars in the opposite direction of the way you're turning...I don't quite understand the reasoning behind that.

I like how you sit downwind of the exhaust. You'll be nice and warm and comfy when you pass out.

Some sort of definition of 4-wheeled motorcycle needs to be on the books so more stuff like this can be built and plated. With a more practical motor that thing would be a fun ride. 700hp? A 200hp V6 would be plenty

zero to 120 in six seconds... while you stay where were just like those old wiley coyote cartoons. With no seat back or seatbelts, it is just your butt and the grip you may have on the handlebars keeping you on the quad... I will wait for the first youtube video of that happening

Have you ever ridden on a cold morning with your legs out in front of you like that?

Pass.

It doesn't make sense and has way too much power. I would love to ride it. I wouldn't build it or buy it but would definitly have fun with it. It would be quite a handful at the limit though.
